This page is mainly for what kinds of food you should eat to cure your illness.

If you suffer from diseases that has inflammation, like obesity, asthma, arthritis, MS, You have to avoid these foods until you got rid of the bacteria in your injury by using an ultrasound speaker.  Because these foods causes inflammation.   This means, if you don't eat these foods, you can lose weight or avoid an asthma attack. 

These are foods that don't cause inflammation.  Eat these foods until your disease is cured with the machine.  Once your inflammation disease is fully cured, you can go back and eat whatever you wish.

After you stop eating the forbidden foods and start eating correctly, you should lose weight if you are fat and stop having inflammation like asthma attack or arthritis. Remember, the Western thinking is wrong.  Extra calorie does not store in your body as fat.  Calorie is explosive energy that causes damage to your skin tissue and causes inflammation in your skin tissue.  So avoid explosive foods.  I would also avoid eating fruits.  Most fruits have low calorie.  But for some reason they cause inflammation.  So I would avoid them if I were you.

I believe that fat people gain weight not because they eat too much.  Its because they eat the explosive foods that their skin tissue is allergic of.  Some are born with weak skin tissue that simply cannot handle explosive foods.  How come Westerners are so fat comparing to Chinese or Japanese?  I think that's because most Chinese eat only rice, which is not explosive.  And Westerners only know how to eat bread and noodles or pizza.  I am sure if a fat person give up on his explosive food diet, he will lose weight.  As long as you eat correctly, you can eat as much as you want and won't gain weight.  80% of the Mexicans are obese because they eat beans in every meal.  Beans are extremely explosive.  Its even more explosive than corn or bread.  No wonder why they are all fat.  Their skin tissue cannot handle all that explosives.

II also discovered that eating home made bread helped me get rid of my old asthma disease.  My asthma always acts up when I was eating potatos, rice, and supermarket bread.  But home baked bread got rid of asthma.   Supermarket bread probably has preservatives so they can last longer on shelves.   And potatoes are known to cause inflammation.  Chinese rice is dirty.   Just buy a cheap $60 two pound bread machine to bake your own bread.  And buy a 2 pound bag of instant active yeast for $20 shipped on Amazon, which is enough to make 300 loaves of bread.  One 5 pound bag of flour can bake you 3 or 4 loaves of 2 pound bread.

If you have inflammation issue like asthma, arthritis, obesity, etc.   Then eating meat can also cause inflammation.  Especially red meat.  All meat contain some lectins which can only be destroyed with boiling water for at least an hour.    So what you do is boil the meat in a soup for at least one hour with low heat in order to destroy all the lectins inside meat.  Then it won't cause inflammation anymore.  Meat that's half raw or even fully cooked in a pan cannot fully destroy the lectins.  So if you have inflammation, you need to learn to eat like the Chinese.  Drink some slow boiled pork soup.

Damaged eye, ear, brain tissue, spinal cord injury.  Handicap, etc.

Drink matcha tea during the day.  Then at night, place machine 8 inches away from injury.  The injury will heal up quickly.   The matcha tea could be any brand.  You can also use ultrasound like once every few days to kill bacteria that lives inside your injury.  Killing bacteria in your injury can speed up the healing.  This might even cure cancer.  If you are allergic to Matcha due to your asthma, then cure your asthma first using the ultrasonic speaker.  Then after a week or 2, start drinking Matcha tea.  This stuff is a must.
